Anti-Abuse Policy
This policy protects the platform, advertisers, offer providers, and legitimate users.
Prohibited activity
The following are not allowed: duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake referrals, bots, scripts, automated clicks, headless browsers, task farming, VPN/proxy/Tor abuse where restricted, emulator abuse, disposable or stolen identities, manipulated user agents, repeated postback abuse, advertiser fraud, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass timers, captchas, limits, or tracking.
Invalid traffic
Traffic must be real, human, and compliant with advertiser and provider rules. Incentivized activity is allowed only where the task or provider permits it. Any activity designed to create fake engagement, false conversions, or misleading statistics may be rejected.
Referral abuse
Referral commissions are for genuine referred users. Self-referrals, household/device farming, referral rings, paid fake signups, bot signups, and misleading referral promotions may lead to commission removal and account restrictions.
Bug and exploit abuse
Users must not exploit reward bugs, achievement bugs, referral bugs, postback mistakes, balance display errors, or withdrawal issues. Invalid credits may be removed and related withdrawals may be cancelled or adjusted.
Review actions
We may temporarily hold balances or withdrawals, request additional review, remove invalid earnings, block an email/IP/device, suspend accounts, reject advertiser campaigns, or permanently close access when abuse is detected.
Appeals
If you believe a restriction was a mistake, contact us with your FaucetPay email, date, and a short explanation. We may not disclose all fraud signals because doing so could weaken abuse prevention.
